It's money advance feature is good, customer service has always been beautiful awesome and despite a few minor bugs and errors I've had good experience and will continue to do business with level for the years to come. A few things I'd like to see are rush card delivery and samsung pay compatibility. Other cool feature would be a credit builder card.

  A Google user: I had an problem with direct deposit (my fault) and i had to reach out to customer help. I emailed first then ended up calling. They had all the notes from the email and were sooo helpful and nice. They did exactly what they said they would do to assist me correct my mistake and were very pleasant to talk to. Good customer service!

  Alex Jordan: Level is just what I've been looking for. I have accounts with the "large banks" BofA, Wells Fargo and US Bank as well as a community bank, Mechanics Bank, but none of them have a sleek designed apk, offer money back, a good interest rate and ATM fee rebates. The "large banks" also require either a minium acc balance monthly or charge a monthly maintenance fee when Level has no fees. This bank has certainly raised the bar to other Level. You could definitly Apply.

  A Google user: Simple and smooth to apply, UI is clean and intuitive, high APR. Just a couple of questions:1 Level deposit acc is checking not saving acc, right? 2. Do you have paper check? 3. Is there any method to remove linked acc in the apk, I can only search link external acc or debit card, but no idea how to remove it.

  H L: Customer service is good! Actually talked to the same guy when calling on 2 various occasions and he was the same agent who emailed me updates about my concern. Makes it beautiful private for an online bank. Love 1% Money back on (non-pin) purchases, no foreign transaction fees (will be taking advantage once we can leave the country once more) and up to $12 reimbursement for ATM fees. Yes to all of those.

  Andrew “Andy” Kubista: Love level! The apk is good for an Android device apk and the bank is good. They have good customer service. It is lacking in features tho it definitely needs money deposit, bill pay, check deposit and so on but it's fresh and improvment will be seen, also the level bonus is worth it for only 9$ you receive additional money back and VIP help def suggest!
