**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY** “Avaya one-X Mobile Preferred for IP Office” is an application for Android device powered smart phones to be used by mobile workforce and will work with Avaya IP Office 8.0 (or higher) with Preferred Edition license only. Please do not install if you do not have IP Office 8.0 (or higher) Preferred Edition. Avaya one-X Mobile Preferred for IP Office is an easy-to-use tool application that securely extends unified communications to Phone for mobile workforce. It is designed to give mobile players fast access to productivity enhancements features such as Instant Messaging (IM), mobile presence, geo-presence, visual voicemail, symposium call controls and delivers cost savings by routing mobile calls through enterprise dialing feature. Major Features: • Integrated VoIP client (requires IP Office 9.0 or higher) • Safe Signaling and Media for VoIP with certificate validation (requires IP Office 9.1 or higher) • Presence and Instant Messaging with server-side buddy lists, server-managed player groups and client-side IM history • Visual Voicemail (VM) with ability to play voicemail messages and manage your VM messages from the mobile application • Rich symposium controls with click-to-conference for players and groups, entry and exit notifications, the ability to view and manage symposium participants (mute/un-mute/disconnect/isolate), the ability to see which participant is speaking and the ability to lock and unblock the conference • Advanced player presence monitoring and reporting including geo-location presence and tracking, calendar and on-the-phone presence, following user’s presence and availability • Call Screening with ability to listen and intercept voicemail deposits • Ability to problem commands to the communications server including call, symposium, set place, listen/pickup • Enterprise Dialing, which is an ability to intercept calls created via standard smartphone dialer and turn them into enterprise calls (3rd party call control by the server). Durgesh Bhat Kalya: Very Awful Help for configuration Modernize: was able to receive it working. Still no help from either the apk developer nor Avaya or DataVox. Now getting the voice mail cannot be fetched error and cannot create calls. IM works. ---- Setting up this feature on the IP office is a nightmare. I still have issues connecting to One X. They should have used a better connection protocol and a real set up assist documentation would have gone long method.

Ben Hart: IP Office This apk is very useful when out of the office and I need to access my corporate/customer contacts. I never have to give my private cell number or even call customers using my cell smartphone. It has a lot of upside if you chose to take advantage of it. As long as you have awesome cell service or are connected to wi-fi you will have awesome QoS.

Jack Mullen: this apk does work with T-mobile but you have to disable IPv6 on your smartphone and make a fresh IPv4 APN. once I did that, it works beautiful awesome. some items isn't good like it doesn't know to pause my podcast apk like the main smartphone dialer apk does but for the most part it is usually better than just having my cellphone mobile-twinned to my desk smartphone.

Minor problems - would be good to have an option in apk to admin auth and install cert before player auth. Streamline setups. The contacts are also not easily searchable. Jenna Pitcher: Getting Better with Each Release "Keep calls on" and SIP client help are two good features with IPO release 9.0. I purchased a fresh Samsung Galaxy S3 to enable them for a customer demo. As an IPO admin, I did manage to trigger a bug that removed the "Keep calls on" feature. Enjoyed helping the development squad in working through the problem. Awesome help!
