jduprey: Was skeptical at first. Using stock OnePlus you can actually change the icon on your homescreen. Reminds me of the Xposed xSuite module. Press on the icon photo and wait for alt icons to pop up and choose.

Kevin Chan: I appreciate the developer's swift response & modernize to create Aycon work on the OnePlus One. However, when it comes to customizing the icon, it seems that not all icon themes are created accessible (I suspect only those with themed icons for the apk) & certainly not all the icons that a theme has. In contrast, my Nova Launcher allows me to select any icon from any theme installed, as well as any picture from the Gallery. So, Aycon is useless if you use Nova, sorry...

Jacky Tran: This apk, does indeed work. What you have to do is drop the widget onto your home screen, which will begin the apk. Once you're done with your edit, it'll convert the widget to the shortcut to the apk. A tiny out of the method, but it works and theres no watermarkings or anything on it.

Robert Newell: This apk was excellent, but now it just doesn't work. It says the fresh shortcut has been placed on your desktop, but there is no fresh shortcut. It's just non functional now. Hopefully the developers can receive it working once more in the future.
