  Nick Peterson: The proximity sensor that turns the screen off when you bring your smartphone to your face is active all the tine when the apk is installed, so if i cover it with my finger, the screen turns off. This happens even when I force close the apk. Uninstalling, I'll just use the web portal with a mic.

  Rachael Berhe: Consistently have issues with this apk. Sometimes it rings once, then goes directly to voicemail. When making outgoing calls, the another person can't hear you. Also, the reception is really awful. Had to uninstall and reinstall and it still doesn't work well.

  Ben Toller: Absolutely awful. Our company switched to this and it was a horrible decision. Our apple smartphone players have had better success than those with Android device platforms, but everyone has had problems with it. You cannot text pictures. everyone I call seems to have difficulty hearing me and everyone else in the office when they use their apk. A lot of times I will not even realize I have a notice unless I begin the apk. Cant wait til we can receive out of our contract.
