  A Google User: Does it's job I like it. I haven't had any problems with the apk yet and I've had the apk for about 1-1 1/2 years. It does it's job. I have only deposited a hand full of checks with the apk but never had any problems with that another. Like every another banking apk that lets you deposit checks with your mobile smartphone you just have to be attentive when taking the picture but that's not unusual and makes sense to me. Overall, the apk makes my life easier since I'm about 700 miles away from the closest BOC. 👍

  Mark Occhioni: The application worked good for a long time then all of s sudden it kept timing out while loading. I worked with the bank helpdesk and figured out a recently closed loan was causing the problem. They unhooked the closed loan from my player and it started working ok once more

  Tevin Whitt: The reason "camera not accessible" pops up is because the apk doesn't ask permission to use the camera, as it probably could. You can give it permission by going to your device SETTINGS then to APPS then BANK OF CASTLE, then you click on PERMISSIONS and turn camera on

  Greg Bocko: Useful overall, but it kills me how buggy the smartphone deposit feature is. It worked ONCE, but otherwise I can never receive it to agree the check images, even with directly overhead lighting, black background and centered check. Please fix, I wish to love this apk!

  A Google User: Frustrating More than half of the time I test to deposit checks via my smartphone it will not work. The picture of the front and back of the check is perfect and still rejects it for focus, not endorsed, to blurry, etc.

  A Google User: Kidding right? Was really excited to be able to create deposits on the fly. On the very first check got an error, "Mobile deposit exceeded" !!!! Really? This is useless. The BOC will join the 21st century on this; probably in 10 years though. Uninstalling.

  A Google User: Bank of castile apk Waste of time cant even remember password for you so you have simple access.. When logging in you need to go through a series of safety questions only to be told your already logged in when you are not..

  A Google User: Mobile deposits are horrid Got lucky once. Every another time I've tried with a excellent picture. I've gone to the limit of putting a black shirt under the check and having someone place a flashlight on the check. Nothing works. The mobile check deposits are a large part of my banking experience and I'm beautiful disappointed that this feature does not work like it could.
