  sarah hathaway: Absolutely horrible! don't even bother. I booked a massage 3 days in advance for our latest day on this apk, showed up and they had no record of anything, said they're having lots of issues with the apk and I "could have known" to ebook via the concierge. and of course, no appointments accessible. Method to ruin an otherwise nice stay.

  Kevin Baltodano: Me encantan los hoteles, el servicio y los descuentos pero esta aplicación es TERRIBLE. Lo peor que existe en cuanto a hotelería, no es posible que ni siquiera pueda mantener los credenciales y que se cuelgue por hacer cualquier cosa. Además, el tamaño de la aplicación es demasiado grande, no es normal una aplicación de casi 200MB
