Barometer in the status bar — an application for measuring atmospheric pressure on Android device smart devices equipped with a pressure sensor. The tool displays the current air pressure, pressure changing value and the chart for a certain time period. The main feature of the application is the air pressure display in the status bar of the device and warning on the pressure change. The tool will be useful to those people, who are interested in weather, addicted to fishing, love traveling, leave an active lifestyle or sensitive to the air pressure changes. KEY FEATURES: • Current atmospheric pressure display in the status bar; • Range of values displayed in the status line: 660–800 mmHg (910–1060 hPa, 26.5–31.5 inHg); • Icons color and size change in the status bar; • Icons startup; • Availability of widget; • Warnings on pressure changes; • Approximate weather forecast for 12 hours; • The ability to view info on the pressure sensor (name, manufacturer, current consumption etc.). The application operates only on the devices equipped with an air pressure sensor!

J. Thomas: After I found there was a setting screen set in addition to the setting screen initial set all became clear what was hidden from me in the initial settings screen. Once the offsets were entered correctly the pressure calculations have proven accurate and real. No excess battery usage trouble was found. Readings are correct. A very neat player presentation and I don't have to wait on the barometer to locate me every time, data's just there already.

Nelson-Jean Gaasch: Whatever setting I place, display in status bar remains in mm hg (changes in apk, but not in status bar). Should you please add unit change in dtatus bar .

John Cousins: Good idea and works well until running with Floatify, then large battery drain. Should it be because notification updated 5 or 6 times per second as recorded by Notification History apk. Should you please provide option for notification frequency eg from 1 second to 1 hour? Seems a bit too accurate to modernize multiple times per second!

Chris Speight: The gratis ver seems to only present mmHg in the status bar but the full ver will do hPa which I am more familiar with. There's a nice widget too! Full marks!

Phil Goodman: A very nice apk that can't receive the right troops in the status bar. I sent in an email a couple of months ago but I'm still showing mm Hg when I chosen in Hg. This review would be five stars if that were resolved.
