  Tim Overton: Was one of the lucky ones who received a $10 credit for downloading apk. Used today in shop without problem. Love the cashless payment system. For such a fresh apk, I think they've done well. Unfortunately "leaving" the shop hangs and I have to force the apk to close, but I'm sure it will be sorted.

  Well for startes i don't know how any one should vote this apk any lower then a 5, It is extremely simple to use, you can even look at the flavours before you go into the shop to create deciding that tiny bit easier, super quick to do the payment way, method faster then using paypass or money, Also you receive good offers all the time! If you receive B&R regularly dowload this apk asap and begin saving your pennies! ❤❤

  Ana Badra: I was sceptical at first, but I'm so satisfied with the apk. Don't need anything another than my smartphone to buy ice cream and don't need to worry about having to lose any rewards card. Also, receive vouchers for buy one receive one gratis every month and easily add to the apk.

  Jamie Jackson: I had the same trouble others have reported. Email sent to me said $10 credit, but only received $5. Companies shouldn't send out lies in emails. After using apk, it was actually simple and convenient. I'm surprised more payment apks don't work like this.

  Sam T: 1 star. The shop couldn't agree it and wanted me to pay money despite there being an advert on the counter for it. Edit: 3 stars. Help from the apk developer and head office was outstanding. Unfortunately, it was still very difficult to use in-store. Training needs to be provided to stores.

  Jonathan Mcgahey: First, don't believe their $10 credit as mine is now is missing without any knowledge of how and no T&C's written anywhere (even not stated in the email or anything). Second, they send out voucher promotions, without even given the code. Third, the apk doesn't locate me properly and tries to send me to a shop over 20km away (place is on). Fourth, 1 shop blatantly refused to use the apk payment due to not knowing how.

  Lloyd de Sousa: $1 debited from CC for verification but 5 days later not returned. $10 credit for sign-up resulted in only 50c credit for a $9.50 purchase. All in all seems very awful apk of dubious value. I have been in email contact with Sam (LOKI Help) since the problems were identified and to date, they have yet to be resolved.

Don't wish to be bothered wondering if the alleged discount or promotion would be valid and still accessible when you finally receive into one of the stores to buy.

  Disappointed ice cream lover with no more loyalty. Gotta say, as a long time Baskin and Robbins customer, the tiny loyalty card got a fair workout in our house. So when the apk created an appearance, we were curious. But to explore there appears to be NO method to use the apk unless you're willing to hand over your credit card info was a fairly unpleasant shock. I'm sorry, but I can't imagine any opportunity that I'd be confident trusting those info to a non-banking third party. And apparently, this means I can no longer be a loyalty member or take advantage of any online specials such as Scoopons. Massively disappointed and left a awful taste on the mouth. Please review this requirement Baskin and Robbins. And remember to tell all you're good shop memebers, because they'd no doubt love to stop fielding complaints about this, if the conversation I had with one latest week was any indication. Please do better.
