War of the Bulge is a turn based tactic mini game set on the Western Front during the Second Globe War. The historical war took put in December 1944 in Ardennes, Belgium, where American forces fought versus a really big German offensive. It was the biggest land war of Globe Fight II in which the United States directly participated. In the mini game, you are in control of the US armed forces and command American infantry, airborne and armoured divisions. Your first task is to survive the initial German onslaught, known as the Ardennes Offensive, while keeping your divisions in fighting order. After regrouping, you must include the German attack and prevent the opponent from reaching Brussels, as this would let them a route to the strategic port town of Antwerp. Once you have stopped the opponent offensive, push back the German troops and destroy as a lot of as possible. The mini game is over if: + Germans reach over 150 Win Points, or + Germans control less than 10 Win Points. FEATURES: + Long-lasting: Thanks to in-built variation and the game's smart AI technology, each mini game provides a special fight gaming experience. + Competitive: Measure your skills versus others fighting for the Hall of Fame top spots. + Experienced troops learn fresh skills, like improved attack or defence performance, ability to cross rivers without losing move points. + Challenging: Crush the opponent quickly and earn the bragging rights on the forum. + Settings: Different settings are accessible to alter the look of the gaming experience: Switch between terrain themes, change difficulty level, select icon set for troops (NATO or REAL) and cities (Round, Shield, or Square), decide what is drawn on the map, change font and hexagon sizes. + Two Icon Sets: True or NATO-styled troops. + Supports casual play: Simple to pick up, leave off, continue later. + Smartphone friendly tactic mini game: Automatically scales the map for any physical screen size/resolution from little smartphones to HD tablets, while settings let you to ok tune hexagon and font sizes. + Historical accuracy: Campaign mirrors the historical setup, and uses the names and places of the divisions that saw combat during the War of the Bulge in Globe Fight II. peter blum: Another mini games by this designer are impossible to lose; the object is merely to see how quickly you can victory. In Bulge, you could still victory almost every time -- almost. Create a couple of dumb mistakes and you can receive 9 or 10 of your divisions surrounded and lose. This chance makes the mini game more interesting than some of the designer's another mini games.

A Google user: Definitely not impossible to beat though took a few tries to work out a viable tactic. Harder to take advantage of cutting off supply lines early but that's the nature of the war depicted.

A Google user: This IS the Bulge! The fog actually aided the Yanks in the beginning. The Germans would run up versus 3 Shermans (deployed properly) & think it was a battalion. A single NCO called for fire until a Nazi tank sat on his foxhole & he died of fumes. Go & be aggresive. This is where Creighton Abrams (in command of CCA) got his credit! This is a treat to have history in the palm of your hand. Fortune favors the bold.

George Ross: With a little unit count and most of the map under your control at the begin of the war, you might think this is an simple fight mini game. But with the German troops faster, tougher and more numerous than yours, you'll quickly search yourself completely overwhelmed, slash off from supplies and beaten. It's a mini game that will take a few tries to beat on any difficulty. While at times extremely frustrating (you'll sometimes feel like the opponent is cheating), it's a very satisfying finish when you receive it right. Suggested.

A Google user: Seems completely unbalanced and consequently infuriating. German troops can move when surrounded yet Americans can't. Volksgrenadier troops are defeating regular US Infantry. American air help is useless (yes I know air help eas unavailable for the first few days). It is impossible to receive American Airborne divisions to Bastogne. It is also impossible to defend Luxembourg town which was never threatened during the true war. German infantry can move two hexes across country yet Allied tanks can't!

A Google user: Major bug: cant bombard with B17 troops that are out of supply, says "no unit there". Near the end you lose almost all wars even when 5vs1!!!!!!!

A Google user: This mini game is literally un winnable. AI has too I a lot of unfair advantages. I just downloaded once more for change of pace, and it simply isn't enjoyable. Too long to bring troops into action. The platform is gorgeous as always. This is just not an enjoyable campaign- I'd like to see more Allied-perspective mini games (Italy? The advance on the Rhine? The Nazi invasion of France?). This ones just type of boring compared with, say, the unbelievable Civil Fight

Graham Young: This campaign is harder than the others I've played and is a true challenge. My first attempt was a complete rout for the Germans, however, the second time I played I won comfortably. Patience is required for the Allies at first. Committing troops to war too early is a recipe for disaster. I would love to have a go at commanding the German forces in this campaign. The mini game engine and Ai are first class. Brilliant series of mini games. Thank you

Lee Leinweber: This mini game brings back so a lot of fond memories from my youth...in cardboard, now accessible in the palm of my hand. Numerous methods to customize the mini game to create it excellent for each user. Simple to play or to turn into a days-long challenge...you receive out of it what you place into it.
