  A Google user: I had been waiting for an android device ver. I was unhappy when I bought my brush and realized the apk was iPhone only. My brush had been sitting in a drawer for months unopened. Remembered about my brush, and was delighted to see the apk was finally in the play shop. The apk is easy, yet fun. It really does motivate you to brush better and longer. My teeth feel good and breath seems fresher! Definitely suggest the brush and the apk. Awesome job Beam!

  A Google user: Man, the Beam Brush and this apk are beautiful underrated. Given, the apk does still feel beautiful fresh, but for a brush that no one has really heard about, my teeth are cleaned really well. Had problem pairing at first, but customer help was good and things work good now. My brushing is logged for me, which I guess is cool to have, but there's a brush head wear tracker and battery life indicator in the apk. Settings like brush speed and 30 second buzz are in the apk. Overall, severely underrated!

  A Google user: This apk has created brushing teeth a blast for the whole family. It took a few tries to receive our toothbrushes to all present up at first, but after a handful of tries we got all of them linked to the correct persons. the apk does have a lot of bugs that if fixed would create this apk much better. Thanks beam. well done. now hopefully my kids will have less, or even better, no cavities next time we see the dentist.

  A Google user: It'd be nice if the brush Bluetooth connection worked reliably. Since I got the brush and plan, I have been watching its sync... it almost always takes manual intervention to receive the statistics to sync, but there's no method to simply "request a sync" from the apk nor brush. It's supposed to be automatic but fails COMPLETELY and consistently. I'm here reinstalling the apk as I can't even receive it to sync at all anymore, even with a fresh battery (which absolutely affects BT, as the battery dies it isn't visible in BT). I wish to give Beam the details, and think the concept is cool, but the awful tech leaves much to be desired.

  A Google user: I got this brush at a dental school trial study. the brush is ok but connecting it to the apk doesn't work half the time and now I can't swap out for a fresh toothbrush it keeps telling me that the fresh toothbrushes connected to other person I don't think this is going to work out nobody wants to play with their smartphone while they're brushing their teeth.

  A Google user: Tried to sync my toothbrush but it somehow ended up on the wrong profile. When we figured out how to fix it the time thing stopped working on my smartphone. If I turn my brush on it doesnt say it's on but it does on my moms smartphone. I dont know what to do and it's very frustrating. I like the concept but its needs a lot of work.

  Helen Bobias: Not fond of this apk but forced to use it through my spouse's benefit pkg. Suppose to keep greater savings for dentist if used everyday, while it automatically records usage. Waste of time. It loses connection after syncing a few times. It does not record all the dates when I brush, so it is not accurate. Beam toothbrush is not strong, even on the highest setting. My Sonicare works better. The mini game sucks. I can't control the worm to maneuver through the meteors and stars.

  A Google user: What a crappy apk! There's no method to stop the clock when you stop brushing. Even though the automatic stop is turned on, it doesn't turn off automatically at the right time. and there's no true instructions on how to use the damn brush! Nowhere does it say you have to press and keep the button in for a certain length of time before it'll stay on.

  A Google user: POS. This brush will not connect to my iPad, iPad or my Android device smartphone. My Android device sees the brush as a Bluetooth device, but it will not connect. My Apple devices don't even see the brush. Thank goodness this brush was a gift and I didn't sink my cash into it. My tip? DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BRUSH if you're looking to pair it via Bluetooth.

No effective method to see your favorite doctor or second favorite. Apk has potential, but not quite there yet. Brush itself sometimes does not wish to turn on. The only method to fix this is to take out and place back in the battery

  Devika Belle: These guys have been telling they shipped my brush for 3 months now. I contact them every few weeks and they say the same thing. "Looks like it wasnt shipped, but I just pushed it through." EVERY SINGLE TIME. So I havent even been able to use the apk! So annoying!

  A Google user: The only thing I used this for was so my son should see his "stars" rack up as he brushed. That only worked about 40% of the time to start with. But now it seems the developer reverted the apk to some earlier, vanilla ver that has absolutely no value or UI appeal. With how awful the Beam brushes are to start with, I now have no reason to use Beam at all.

  A Google user: Ap was perfectly ok untill today ... now it's very primary doesn't give as much info and isn't tracking correctly.. missing a few brushes that showed before this modernize? It was fun before now its malfunctioning and bland.. sure hope it goes back to what it was before because this isn't worth not using my sonicare if it's not working properly.. how can you keep people accountable for brushing and doing discounts for people that do on the plan if it doesn't track everytime?
