  Dean Howard: Handles online banking and transfers between accounts well enough but it's frequently out of date in terms of functionality with Android device. Please modernize the apk to take advantage of split screen in nougat. That would create this apk so much more functional. Google is already taking about Android device O and this apk doesn't even take advantage of N.

  bethany isager: Wrong amount displayed When I got paid (from AMEB-America's Most Exciting Bank) the amount which displayed advertisement my current balance has been wrong since... more than one week ago. How can I believe that my mobile check deposit will go through? I love Berkshire Bank but someone needs to light a fire under someone's a$$ and receive this apk fixed! It's obvious that customers care enough to write complaints in HOPES of this institution fixing the problem - but I haven't seen any bugs/formatting problems being fixed. MIKE DALY- where are you?

  Josh Suppa: Unhappy all around Not a very robust apk by any means, and extremely difficult to access, you'll even receive locked out of your own acc if you fail twice. The mobile check deposit is excruciating, anybody would be lucky to receive a picture that's in focus enough to be accepted, as it can't autofocus at all, but it also won't manually focus, so we lose twice!
