We have 3.8k people (+approx 10/day) actively using the apk. Of the 198 reviews we have received, 70 of them are 1 star. Almost without exception those reviews relate to technical problems with the players handset/network that should be resolved by either contacting help, or are only resolveable by contact their network provider. The majority of these players never contacted help even after we responded to them. The little proportion of our players who select to use Play Shop reviews to vent have a disproportionately negative impact on BetBlocker's shop rating when considered versus the THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE USING THE APP WITHOUT ISSUE. Using Play Shop reviews in this manner discourages another people experiencing gambling addiction from seeking assist.
