  Jay Cohen: I realize the developers are aware of the fingerprint sign on not working but it's already been a couple of months. What's taking so long? My password manager does not work either. Lasspass one of the top 2 will not autofill nor even prompt for apk fill. Type of defeats the purpose of a password manager. Not a Lasspass problem. All of my another bank apks work ok. Citi, Bank of America, Chase and Capital One all highly secured apks work ok. Why? Keeping at 2 stars for now. Highly publicized modernize but poorly executed. Come on now, you can do better than this! Recent: I received the newest modernize on 3/6 and so far the pin and fingerprint features are working and very well I must say . I am updating my rating to 4 stars. It took a while but I'm just satisfied it is working. Thank you BFCU!

  JJ O'Leary: Apk is good except the fingerprint and pin i.d. logins. Fingerprint login worked about week and hasn't worked for months since then. In the apk description it says the developers are aware of the fingerprint trouble, it's clearly been months how has such a easy problem not been resolved yet ? This apk is good once the fingerprint login works as does the another banking apks I use. Very satisfied with the navigation and programs of the fresh interface compared to the old apk, just fix the fingerprint login.

  Kristina Smith: For checking my accounts, it works ok. Two things, though. First, it never remembers that I wish to sign in with a finger print. I've told it a few times, it asks for a device name, tells me that device name is already in is so I tack on a number and it says I'm awesome to go. Lo and behold, the next time I wish to sign in, I have to do it all over once more. Second, I cannot for the life of me receive Pay Anyone to work since they overhauled the ~online banking experience~ maybe a month and a half ago. Not via the apk or the site. The receiver gets the email about it, they place in their acc details, they're told they'll see the cash in 1-2 business days, and it never arrives. After a week, I receive an email saying the receiver never accepted, and I receive my cash back. I have no particular use for anything else within the apk, so I can't comment on my experience there.

  I would say the apk is awesome but every time I log out and log back in I receive this this website is unavailable error and I have to wait at least an hour before I am able to sign in once more. It's so frustrating.

  Julio Lagara: The idea is correct. Execution needs work. For example: The fingerprint doesn't always present up when first opening the apk. There's a large delay. Sometimes it even asks you to sign in and when you do, it asks you to make a pin (Which was already done when you first installed the apk.) Also, the font throughout is very little compared to another bank apks.

  Susan Eckstein: Not sure why, with this latest modernize, you can't see what any of your transactions are. The name of the put does not present when you are looking at your transactions. All I can see is "point of sale transaction" and I have to click on each one to see where it was from. Can't they place the name of the put first? This is beautiful frustrating.

  justin gretton: Finally introduce the fingerprint sign in. It only worked for about a week. Now each time I click the enable fingerprint/pin I go through the whole set up and it doesn't work. Tired of renaming my device each time I do this. Epic fail. You could have not rolled this out until you knew it worked for sure.

  Tameka B: Awful! Looks nice but not so easy 1st off idk what "balance peek" is bcuz everytime I click it my smartphone freezes and 3-5mins later I receive an error msg. It asked me to set up a pin and select finger print log in which I did 4xs already. Yet it continues to prompt me to "set up" a pin and enable finger print. The only thing I like about the apk is the pay anyone feature! Very close to uninstalling!

  Jon M: Too complicated. Most people don't need all these functions. Create a separate ADVANCED place for that. All of this is slowing down the apk. I liked that the another apk QUICKLY showed me what was in my accounts and gave me access to do fast transfers and acc reviews. This fresh apk is like the site. I do like some of the features of the fresh site but the apk is confusing when it only will present one acc at a time. It also tells you what is in ALL checking accounts and then makes you find specific accounts to see what's in them. All of this slows the apk down. When I use this apk on my smartphone and people are around me I wish to be in and out of this apk as fast as I can to reduce the possibility of people viewing my banking details.
