With so a lot of cool Android device apks, Better Begin With saves you the hassle of having to select only one default apk handler when you click a filetype, and without having to select between "only once" and "always"! Created to mimic Android's default "Complete action using" dialog, Better Begin With shows you a visually related popup screen when you select to begin a link, an photo, a PDF or any another filetype - listing all possible apk handlers as you normally see. What's various is that you only see the popup dialogue for a few seconds (5 seconds by default, but customizable), allowing you to select an apk handler if you wish, after which it will automagically begin it with your preferred app! Unlike another related apks, you just wait for your preferred apk handler to begin (no clicks important), or select a various apk in the meantime. Just set Better Begin With as your default handler for the filetypes you wish, and allow it work for you! Personalize how you wish to view the Better Begin With popup screen! • Select between grid and list view • Set text size, present only icon (no text) and another options • Light and Dark themes accessible • more options to follow! Better Begin With is handy if: • you switch between browsers, but usually have one preferred apk; • you prefer using one apk to view your PDFs, images and another files, but sometimes use other apk to edit them; • you usually wish video links to begin with a user, but sometimes you wish to begin them with an apk that lets you download the file, and maybe yet other that will Chromecast it; Better Begin With is completely gratis, and no advertisements! A Google user: On my Samsung Note 2, you can set the defaults as to what hat apks you wish to begin what file. So what is unique with addina 5 second delay to do so?

Jack Leitner: I don't wish to have a default apk. That method I can choose the best apk for the task. The previous ver of Android device allowed me to choose an apk for a single use. It didn't set it as a default apk. I set this apk as the default for the action, in Android device. "Better Begin With" pauses 15 seconds (configurable) before running 🏃 the default apk that I set for the action within "Better Begin With." I can pause the timer ⏲ and switch the apk to run 🏃 the action. Just what I required! 👌

Oliver Kalali: It's a good and useful apk that everyone needs to have on their device. But please add restart options. For example I mistakenly chose to always begin pdf "links" with a wrong apk and there wasn't an option to reverse it. So I had to uninstall the apk and install once more.

So added the 5 stars already. Please create it follow the system setting. I've Adaptive Rotation installed. System auto rotate is disabled on MIUI. Still BOW doesn't respect that setting. Very frustrating especially on MIUI.A premium/donate button would be nice. Please do add these as well.

Hide the target apks you never use, and set a default for your most used apk which kicks in after n seconds (configurable). No longer an all or nothing choice. This apk could be baked into the fabric of Android device! Gorgeous.

Don Ireland: My fresh SGS7 Edge has the annoying fresh "feature" of automatically setting an apk as the default. I use K9 Mail for private mail and the default mail apk for corporate mail. Which means s that when I tap an email link, I dont always wish one apk to begin.
