  A Google User: Simple to fix kinks The apk may begin out with an incomplete conversion but fixing it is so quick when you allow Biggby's Home Office know! From there it's smooth sailing. I like the aesthetics of the apk: it's fun, bouncy & colourful. A lot of cool features besides just being able to carry your card with your smartphone and slimming your wallet. Plus they're working hard on finding a solution for the existing issues and are nearing the solutions! If you like convenience I highly suggest it. Even works on a rooted device, Moto X.

  Cera Ratayczak: BIGGBY has such a large menu I like to check this apk to search what fresh drink I wish to test today. The virtual card excellent if you forget you biggby card a lot but if you link a physical card you can't use that one anymore. I just use the apk as a back-up.

  A Google User: When will the whole apk be done Downloaded the apk once before and nothing now at least it goes one step further. Wont load any menu. I hope during this time you are able to have someone load the option of unique drinks for those who receive additional shots and reduce cal and soy etc.

  Scot Simonson: It does work, usually. It works, it's slower than any apk that has been so successful on iOS could ever be, so they clearly lack Android device development experience and are slow to receive it, but their assist desk is speedy. I have had to leave without coffee a number of times because my card wouldn't load though. Disappointing.

  Phillip McGee: Fine apk, but really needs to remember my login. Very irritating that it requires a relogin every time it is opened, even when the latest time it was opened was only five mins ago. Listing of menu stuff is incomplete, and not accurate.

  A Google User: This apk has been accessible for a few months on the Play Shop and yet still does not work at all. When I test to login I receive the error that the decision has yet to be created to give access to the consumer. If you aren't going to allow the application work then why in the heck do you place it on the Play Shop?! I literally only buy my drinks at Starbucks because of the convenience of the apk. -EDIT 6/30/16- Developer contacted me and fixed problem on their back end. Still not as robust as the Starbucks apk but it's a much smaller company and I appreciate the customer service.

  Tim Ross Music: My only complaint about this apk is that the mobile card crashes very often but when you refresh it it starts to work I have learned from some baristas that if you screen shot the mobile card page it all still works the same.

  A Google User: Still a bit glitchy I have a consistent problem with baristas being unable to scan the QR code off my smartphone and resorting to putting it in manually. The frequency card constantly times out upon opening as well, but will begin when trying once more.

  Take a screen shot of your rewards card. Then you have it! Apk will not show the card in a timely fashion! Biggby is good, their tech department leaves a lot to be desired!

  Megan Oviedo: I was really excited about the digital card feature but every time I begin the apk and test to load the digital card it has to time out before I can do anything. After it fails to load, I can exit and reopen the apk and then the card loads without any problems. This wouldn't be a large deal if it happened once in a while but this is 100% of the time. If I don't remember to load the apk before I go in the shop, I don't bother. I've missed out on at least 3 gratis beverages because of this. I had hoped this would have been resolved by now but since I installed the apk (at least a year ago) there has been no change.

  Dave Barnett: Receive QR Code: forget apk Take a screenshot of your QR code within the apk. Then use that image as your card. I cropped the photo to just the code and placed the picture on my smartphone home screen with a image widget. Works wonderfully, no sign in required. apk is too much crap.

  Paul Vitantonio: Card load is slow It takes forever to load the card barcode and errors half the time. This apk is not even close to the quality that the Starbucks as is. I have missed numerous rewards because the barcode won't load.

  Andrea Barnett: When I first started using the apk it was often hit or miss when trying to begin the rewards card, so needless to say I've missed out on a lot of points. One method I found to receive around this was taking a screenshot of the digital card and using that instead of the apk. But now I can't even log in to my acc, it just gives an error notice. I've tried updating and reinstalling. Not a good apk by any means.
