Since I began listening to it, I look forward to my commute each morning so I can gain knowledge on the true estate investment industry instead of wasting my time listening to sports talk or melody. Josh and Brandon show effective and practical ideas that initiate thought of how you can apply a certain tactic or plan in your place. Ive spent over $800 on credit cards trying to understand true estate investing thru courses and paid seminars. This apk has helped me the most. its gratis. I'm subscribed to their podcast as well. I do most of my studying on their because I am an audio learner. It works best for me. Im still not 100% comfortable yet stepping into this field. Biggerpockets is getting me getting me their faster than the another ways I've tried
