I started using the apk at 8 months and it really helped in the lead up and during the birth itself. I felt as though everything I'd heard through the sessions came real and created the birth a truly enjoyable and empowering experience.

  Megan Unknown: I found this apk helpful during pregnancy, labor and post partum. I was hesitant to pay the fee to unblock the another recordings but satisfied I did. I also found the fee extreamly fair. I used the recordings regularly. My hubby loved the sleep one as well. I used the sleep apk every night and I trust its what helped me receive quality sleeps in my latest trimester. I used each recording a lot of times and I found there were enough options for the various stages during my pregnancy, including when I was over due Good apk!

  Rusne Naujo: I think it's a awesome apk for hypnobirthing although interface is a bit dated. It doesn't have too a lot of tracks, but maybe that's how it's supposed to work. I also bought the ebook to receive the theory and it said you could receive recordings for gratis. But where to receive them I never found out.

  Jane Thompson: Instructions are part of the session and can't be skipped. Sleeping session hasn't helped at all. Too much talking about random items like work and life, the things you are trying to switch off from! Have listened to the hypnobirthing session a few times not really convinced it will work, lots of random instructions and trying to cover all bases, I just found myself getting frustrated. I wouldn't bother paying for the full apk, I regret it.

  Danielle Lamoureaux: I'm sorry there is no method I am giving an apk access to my images and contacts. I downloaded the apk, immediately got the requests which I denied and the apk shutdown. WHAT A JOKE. Your answer is simply not real. There is no option to avoid sharing that info . I denied it and the apk closes repeatedly.

  Katie Egerton: I listened to about 1/2 of the gratis session but having used lots of self hypnosis apks for different self assist and really finding them useful I found this one the least relaxing and helpful of any I have ever tried. The speech is much to quick paced and created me feel anxious as my mind was unable to do what was been asked before moving onto the next thing. I had to switch it off and certainly would not consider purchasing the paid elements based on the gratis session.
