  Jack Griffiths: I need to come to the defense of this apk. I saw the scooters dotted around the put but the awful reviews place me off trying it out (apk had 2.2 stars at the time). However on the second day I thought I'd test it, and it worked absolutely ok!! I didn't have any problems at all. Sure, the interface of lime scooters in the UK is a tiny better perhaps but they're all basically the same. I'd recommend giving the apk a test as whatever trouble seemed to exist previously are presumably fixed.

  dario d.: Inizialmente la mia esperienza era partita col piede sbagliato, ma grazie all'aiuto dell'assistenza, che è molto disponibile e risponde a mail e telefono a qualsiasi ora, ho capito per quale ragione non ero riuscito a noleggiare un monopattino. Ho inviato una mail verso le 22,50 e meno di un'ora dopo mi hanno telefonato e spiegato il tutto in modo molto chiaro. Devo dire davvero MOLTO bene.

  A Google user: Worked perfectly since the first ride. Simple to have the acc made, immediate link to payment system. The map is clear and precise, I've found my first board with no trouble. I had a tiny problem closing the ride, I've called the helpdesk number and they immediately answered giving me the solution for my trouble. I don't really understand why so a lot of negative comments. I will be an affectionate player!

  Mark Am: Apk con funzionalità facili da imparare e un'interfaccia molto semplice, i monopattini indicati sulla mappa sono sempre presenti, I GPS dei veicoli non sbagliano mai posizione, nessun problema riscontrato dopo qualche settimana di utilizzo. Unico difetto scontrato sono I prezzi abbastanza elevati, ma 5 stelle meritate per l'efficienza dell'app.

  cycle Poole: Awful customer service and apk stopped working. I liked the apk initially but when I topped up by €60 and tried to use apk had an problem that my acc was locked not pay 0€ I've inputted my info over and over and even uploaded my I'd docs. I contacted via email as customer service was in Italian. Getting no where the bicycles are beautiful awesome but the service is not.

  Konstantina Papakonstantinou: Although they were very helpful and should "take with us" the subscription from town to town (very handy indeed), the apk needs some fixing. Limited parking all over Florence I can understand. But as soon as you have rent a scooter you CANNOT see in the map the parking spots. So we went around a long ride and then felt trapped and should not stop to have fun, because we should not park anywhere. ANYWHERE!

  No Text Here: Created an acc, was logging in, it told me to verify my account via sms text, i place my number and prefix in, didnt recieve anything, no sms, emails, nothing. Awful apk, dont download its a waste of your time. (Btw bit, if you see this, create a forum or something to fix this dumbass trouble i have been trying to fix for the past 1 and a half).

Ma tutto il resto dell'app è da rivedere, è lenta su ogni phone, i tocchi sembra non riceverli nemmeno certe volte...
