NOJ: BJJ INSTRUCTIONAL GOLD! The section on guard replacement/ recovery alone is worth the price. Michal Pozarzycki: Excellent resource to systematically cover the guard play. It gives you a solid structure and heaps of practical examples of how to apply the concepts. It doesn't give cookie cutter approach solution but instead teaches you how to think about concepts and how to trouble solve. I suggest wholeheartedly.

Ed McGuigan: This is the 3rd release in the series. I have been applying some of Rob's tip for a few months based on Youtube videos and as an old man, my preference is to play bottom and absorb my partner/opponents attacks before turning the tables ( that is the plan but of course... ). This is a good apk and it takes a very various approach to your typical "cool moves" approach and teaches in a method that Brazilian instructors don't, with much more attention to principles and the underpinnings of technique. I like to think of it as Jiu Jitsu Engineering with theory of structure. My ability to repel an enemy even when they have beaten my legs has been greatly enhanced just with the collar tie. I was able to apply the stiff arm counter to the knee slash the morning after watching the video. This items is going to accelerate your progress towards your black belt and raise your standing at the academy. Poppa will have a brand fresh bag ( of tricks ).
