About the application:

The Blackbird mini game is played with a deck of 41 cards. There are 4 suits in the deck: Black, Green, Red, Yellow. There are 10 cards in each suit, numbered from 5 to 14. There is one Blackbird card. The Blackbird card is worth 20 points. Each 14 and 10 cards are worth 10 points. Each 5 cards is worth 5 points. The rest of the cards do not carry any points. The 14 numbered cards of any suit is the highest card of that suit followed by the 13 cards down to the 5 cards. Blackbird is played in two squads. Partners sit opposite each another. Mini game is played clockwise. Each user is dealt 9 cards. 5 cards will be kept aside called a Nest. Players have to bid for the points they will create in a round. Bid begins at 70 and the maximum one can bid in a Blackbird mini game is 120 points. The user who wins the bid will receive to decide the trump suit. The bid champion can also exchange the cards from the Nest. Play starts with the left of the person who took the bid. User who leads may play any card he/she wishes. All another users must play a card of the same suit as the card led or play the Blackbird card. If the user doesn’t have any cards of the suit led, he/she may play any card. If the trump suit is led and the user with the Blackbird card doesn’t have any trump cards, he/she must play the Blackbird card. The user that plays the highest card wins the trick. He/she gets to lead the next trick. The user that takes the latest trick in a round takes the nest. If there are any point cards in the Nest, the points will go to the trick winner. If the squad which won the bid, fails to create the points they bid, they will receive a negative score equivalent to the bid amount.
