  Sophia strain: I am a fresh member as of 5/25/22 and i downloaded the apk for mobile banking. I have reinstalled it 4 times and i still cannot receive it to go past the "loading accounts" part. I have an android device and all of my another apks work just ok but this one. Its very disapointing because i love to use the mobile banking from my latest bank. Please fix this apk! Modernize: I sent my details to the customer service and they immediately had the apk working the next day. Works wonders!!

  Ben Sonnek: Apk works good! Starts up and logs in fast. The constant banner warnings and reminders are a bit annoying and there no method to disable the banners. But they don't affect the functionality at all.

  A Google user: They fix it when it's broken, the UI is clean. I love my credit union. The only criticism I have is minor. I want that when I clicked the box for my member number it would pull up the 10-key pad versus text. Love you guys. Hold being good.

Guess that's why I've been with them over 40 years with no issues and I've done thousands of a lot of transactions I never had a trouble well, if so they were so willing to explain everything in detail to me so that I should understand and I do need the additional assist as I am handicapped and have a set income to work with.
