  Adam Ebel: I think that this apk could be accessible for ALL devices no matter what operating system or what device. This is a awesome weather watching and storm chasing apk and it's awesome for anyone who deals and works with electricity, plays golf, or is outdoors frequently. Modernize : I hope that this apk will be accessible for newer operating systems I just got me a fresh smartphone, and it has Android device 5.1., but it works only on Android device 4.4.4 which is my old smart smartphone. I would like to use this on my smartphone to hold track of the lightning storms.

  Krzysztof K: A really good apk! I've been looking for such an apk for quite a long time. I finally came across this Lightning Monitor. It's the best thunderstorm alert apk I've ever seen, though I'd like to see some improvements, particularly, I'd be satisfied to be able to see precipitation and cloud layer. Anyway, as for a storm alert apk, I'm giving it 5 stars!

  Nimbus David: This is an perfect apk. As a retired commercial pilot and now operating a sailing vessel in the tropical South Pacific, I have developed a significant respect for lightning storms. This apk does a very awesome job in only reporting actual lightning happenings as opposed to reporting embedded convective clouds reflective of massive rain showers. Features of the apk are numerous, including a lot of custom settings. Battery consumption, in the background configuration is extremely modest. Highly suggested. Does the job very well.   Kevs Gaming: 99% accurate? This is a unbelievable lightning apk thats why I gave five stars. But was surprised it did not detect every lightning strike which happened on 5/7/16 in the East Midlands UK. There was a dozen or so +CG/-CG lightning strikes this apk did not detect during a storm which had hardly any rain. Guessing this does happens sometimes?

Alerts are good and push notifications as expected when lightning is within the customizable range. Alerts even present up on my Android device watch, which is really handy when I'm working or playing outdoors. I LOVE this apk and suggest it to everyone I know.

I noticed the same thing the another day as Charles and a member of the Blitzortung website as well. Those that do bury it in clutter and distract with advertisements. This apk clearly shows lightning risk to assist players know when rain only means no risk and no reason to unplug. The apk is customizable. Want: Animation to present latest trend.

  Shane: I love it I have always loved thunderstorms, and so was very satisfied to search this apk. I was tracking lightening strikes as they hit the south coast of the UK latest night using this apk, and was looking forward to them arriving in Surrey, and they did! I found the apk very accurate, and the alarm feature worked well. Next time I know thunderstorms are aproaching, I can warn my family / mates in advance. I would love to receive more involved by investing in a detector, but Looking at the equipment, I don't think I am skilled enough to receive the soldering iron out and begin messing with circuit boards etc. Thanks to everyone involved in this project.

  Charles Moore: Easy & Clean This apk does the job. I have watched a few cloud to ground strokes nearby the homestead appear seconds after the strokes. I have been thinking of making my own node so I can contribute to this good system. To be honest some less intense strokes do not appear but this is not the apks fault. I never go sailing without it :)

  Terry Jane: Best one anywhere I wanted to monitor the approach of electrical storms in my place to create sure that unnecessary equipment was turned off in time. I have tried a few online programs and was on the verge on paying a subscription for a warning service when I found this apk. It is simply excellent. It's presentation is better on the smartphone than most Web apks and the preferences let you to set it up with options to suit a wide dozens of conditions and alarms. During the latest storm activity in South UK it performed perfectly and seemed very accurate. Unbelievable and gratis!
