  A Google user: Fine, they finally fixed it so that you need to click on an emailed link to log in. That was a large safety trouble. As far as the actual apk goes, I guess it is fine but I ended up needing to call since the apk did not cover the few things I required.

  Evan Wilhelm: Awful company. Will never suggest once more. Their *sales* staff is very communicative and helpful. Their help staff is terrible/non existent. Within an hour of moving in I had over 6 service requests. Outlets were exposed, the deadbolt didn't function, shower head leaked. Avoid this company at all costs.

  Javier Scaglia: Scam. Avoid at all cost. Blueground is the worst short term rental provider I ever engaged with. I had mutiple problems with the unit I rented and with their customer service. With the unit: dealing with a bug pest - centipedes, spiders, ants, roaches... you name it. At move-in: broken dryer that took two weeks to fix, broken couch, filthy apartment. Customer service: unhelpful staff. Lied to me about refunding my cleaning fee. Lied to me about refunding my laundry. Still no reply about pest

  Q Zhou: Blueground will search methods to charge you additional cleaning fee on move-out, in addition to the exit cleaning fee they already charge on contract. My clean fee total was 800+ for a 2bd apt (including a rediculous $130 for basically rearranging cushions on the sofa) , even if we already did some cleaning ourselves.

  A Google user: Apparently, anyone can use your email and sign up with it, like someone just did with mine. Company which rents something as necessary as apartments could go crazy on safety. However, Blueground doesn't even care about fundamental things like 2 step email verification to check if it's really you who's getting info of the apartment. Not afraid yet? I just got full info on how to enter some house an other person rented, albeit using my email address. Stay away from this company!
