  Kate And Mal Marcus: Multi functional!! The best & practical alternative to a store-bought (handheld) GPS for the marine environment. It runs in the background whilst using devices or in sleep mode. I use it on Galaxy S4 + Galaxy Note 10.1 without hitches (although previous Pro licence had no advertising - not satisfied that has changed...) & now my work uses it on iPad & iPhone. I love being able to plan ventures to fresh waters with confidence that the charts are accurate. Highly valued investment for me.

  Paul Muscat: Good Marine Map program I have used this a few time on the water and I search it invaluable for places I have not visited before. Mainly to ensure I remain in the main channel and to avoid shallow places. Should do with a few additional options, like; Add player overlay, so that we can prepare a plan and then overlay it as needed, or have recommended fishing spots on an overlay. Add various icons for markers, once more when testing fishing spots and you don't wish to create it part of the map, a fishing icon for a marker would be useful, another marker icons would also be useful

  James Baker: Disappointed The android device ver of navionics is missing quite a few features that are accessible in the apple (iPhone) ver. Had I known this or had that info been accessible I would have bought an ipad instead of a Sony xperia tab. Side by side the I cannot spot the difference between HD and mobile so I'm not quite sure why it's 3x the price. The maps are nice, but android device ver developers need to step up their mini game and implement the features accessible in the iPhone ver.

  George McKay: Missing functionality As a fisherman I expected to be able to tag my current place (according to the GPS) for future reference. This doesn't seem to be accessible. As an alternative I thought I should tag my position in OziExplorer and then import these waypoints later, but there doesn't seem to be an import function either. Otherwise, so far so awesome... Let's see how it performs in action...

  Robin Kuhn: Spelling errors depth errors? I've noticed a number of spelling errors in the charts which makes me worry that there may be another errors...in particular depth errors. Is it possible to have the boats direction of travel line changed to a vector line that can be set to a time. Giving you a better idea how far you'll go in that time. Eg travelling at 12kts. Vector set to 6 mins. Vector line could be 1.2Nm in front of the ship with 1 min tabs along the line.
