  John Monacelli: Was Great...Now Buggy This apk was really simple to use when I first downloaded it. After a latest modernize, it's very buggy. It's difficult to proceed through the choice screens and the order process continues to restart before an order can be completed and submitted. It would also be really helpful to have the option to mark/save a custom Goloco order so that it can be used quickly in the future to reorder the same item.

  May Moreshet: Order ahead is broken. Tells you you're not logged in, doesn't give you an option to log in. Even if that didn't happen, the process to order ahead is stupidly clunky and frustrating. Paying in shop works ok but the levelup apk should do that just as well.

  Alex Wang: Ordering ahead doesn't work, didn't receive my credit Couldn't receive ordering ahead to work. First it couldn't search any places, then when I saw the places I couldn't pick a place or look at a menu. Got an email saying there would be a $2 credit if I paid with this apk today, but I didn't receive the credit!

  Colin Dalton: Absolute garbage Ever since Boloco moved their ordering backend from Olo to Zuppler, the customer experience has been dreadful. Simply submitting an order takes 4 various presses thanks to the Frankensteined-together systems involved: Boloco Passport, LevelUp, and Zuppler's sloooow web/db hosting. Place has been inaccurate for months, yet the apk will still delay you further searching for one, before pulling up the same Church Road address as the first effect EVERY TIME. Favorites DON'T WORK WITH GOLOCO.

  Nichelle Mungo: Upon instillation, the apk crashed. No section to add boloco card number. Prompts for credit card and crashes once more with much delay when screens change. I've uninstalled the apk until bugs are fixed. Boloco could not keep its customers accountable to having to switch to the apk feature while so much is going wrong. The meal and smoothies are delicious during the day and I will continue to use the card until a better senses is had to re - download the apk.

  Patrick Walsh: Unpolished apk Worked nicely the first time I ordered/paid ahead. But every attempt since keeps telling me to log in when I click Checkout, when it already knows I'm logged in since it shows my email and order history. Then there's not even a clear method to log in so I can never complete an order. Simply just unpolished. Should be such a nice apk.

  Ryan T Cassidy: Opened it up, added my credit card, tried to order a salad. Order was claiming that I had not selected a kind of tortilla... But I was trying to order a salad. Just wasn't sure it was getting my order right. That, plus the amount of times the apk crashed on my method to create my order, created me unhappy the I trusted my credit card to this application. Immediately removed payment info and uninstalled. It's a shame the rewards tool is tied to this apk...

  Tristan Escalada: The apk is awful Rotating the screen while ordering meal will wipe out your entire order. Hitting the back button at any time will wipe out your entire order. favorite orders are not editable. Scrolling sometimes does not work, leaving some buttons like checkout off-screen and unreachable (even on a galaxy note 3). The schedule seems to default to 5am.

  Corey Sickinger: Love the meal. Hate the apk. This apk is extremely frustrating to use. Hitting the menu button will forget your order. Tilting your device will forget your order. It's impossible to edit the ingredients for something once it's in your cart, you have to delete it and begin over. I love your meal, but your apk is the most unusable, frustrating mobile ordering apk I have ever used.

  Persistently buggy The meal tastes good however the apk is persistently buggy. It crashes, the screen goes white, or the circle in the center of the screen spins without end. For example I cannot any more pay ahead for an order because the screen goes white whenever I test. When it does work it will be painfully slow or random lose my order while I am placing it.

  Kip Phoenix: Passport apk is terrible. Old apk was simple to use and reliable. When the fresh passport came out, it worked fine but was not simple to navigate. The apk has stopped working all together. The shop locator fails every time I log on, and the menu does not populate, so ordering is impossible. I appreciate the fact that they credit my acc when I point out the short comings of the apk, but I would rather see it work once more.

  Rachel Milgroom: Did anyone actually try this apk? Painfully slow! I should crawl boloco faster than this apk will let me to order. Am on wireless connection, so it's not am problem with my signal. Takes 15-30 seconds for each fresh screen to load, and the process requires method too a lot of steps. So disappointed.
