  Michael Tilton: Modernize failed, reinstall instead Uninstall then installed fresh ver fixed the trouble. Web apks only, no another apk is shared. I will be testing screenshot feature to see if that is viable workaround.

  A Google User: What I have, works. Not your fault, rating is based on show usefulness... If I had screen sharing too (and on iPhone/Pad), it'd be the most awesomest apk I use! That'd receive 5 stars... my customers can't be expected to all root phones. Is that the only problem? Use it for BlackBerry help... good!

  Vanessa Formica: Useful for some, limited for now While the apk works for connection and appears to be stable (no unexpected crashes), it seems limited in scope. Functions such as file sharing are useful for some, but as there is no remote ability to choose anything on the screen, not sure how useful this is for supporting smartphones for technology challenged clients who require hand-holding. The technology seems promising, but still leaves lots of room for improvement. Hoping that future enhancements will have enhanced functionality.

  Chris O'Brien: Can't really do anything. BOMGAR costs Texa$, but you can't do much at all with the mobile apk. You can basically chat with them, see a web browser only, or see their pictures. Wish to walk a player through IOS settings? Nope. Wish to see what happens when your custom apk crashes? Nope. The appliance is good and I suggest it. This apk is worthless, though.
