I think I've used their desktop ver for about 5 years, and was thrilled when they created the mobile apk accessible. What's so good about BookedIn? The ease with which my clients can figure out what to do and actually ebook themselves in! No long guide needed - the apk is instinctive and intuitive. My fresh clients always comment about how simple it is for them to use. This saves my time and attention, which I trust improves the quality of the service I am able to provide, since I'm gratis of those administrative distractions. The apk contributes to an overall impression of "professionalism," (something solo-practitioners sometimes struggle with, especially if they work from home), and I trust it also helps with client retention.   Ben louis: This apk is good. Love it. Never going to stop using it. I owe this apk so much for lowering my stress levels and helping me avoid constant 24/7 conversation with clients. Makes my life method easier. However, can we receive an option to limit the quantity of certain services permitted to be schedule on the same day? Or maybe the ability to categorize these services, and limit them that method? I just don't wish 4 consultations in 1 day when they should be spread out over a few days. Also, of there was a second booking option where the client can choose their service and see highlighted days on the calendar instead of manually sifting through each calendar date to search an availability? This is less necessary to me, but thought it'd be nice for clients that don't wish to spend 15 mins scheduling. Once more, I'm a subscriber, love everything else about this apk. I'll never stop using it, it has created my life incredibly simple.

  derek parle: Unbelievable, and the squad at BookedIn are responsive to feedback. If a fresh client ebooks in it would be nice to see a visible sign or colour that they are fresh. A smartphone dialer should also be good in that if you take a smartphone call the diary interface might begin on screen and record the clients smartphone number as you schedule an appointment. As a clinician BookedIn has saved me so much time it is good, and it seems to be improving all the time!

I was wondering in the next modernize if you can contain a week view and also present the booking notes (comments) into the main header of the booking? Also the option to turn off the client confirmation notifications would be nice since the only options are everything on/off. Thanks!

  Hair By Will: The Bookedin service has changed the method I do business. It has allowed me to focus all of my time on the client in my chair rather than answering smartphone calls and making appointments. My clients search it method more convenient for the as well they are more inclined to ebook with me when they know they can go to my website and receive booked in. The apk is something IV been waiting for since the service started. WOW it is amazballs!!!!!!! Love love love it

The Customer service is "Little Biz PRIMO!" - by which I mean one to one, with caring professionalism, and kindness! Read some of the replies to posted feedback on the Apk and know - that's REALLY how cool Leanne, and the rest of the Ok BookedIN Squad Mike has assembled are!
