  Sheri jenkins: I love booty bands and Danita. The positive focus of this workout group and Danita are good. I cannot participate in it yet but eventually I will. I am currently taking care of my elderly mother and my own health problems so it is hard to receive the time to do the workouts but I love this apk. Hopefully, I will continue to have access to all the workouts when I can do them

  Kathryn Stratford: This is well organized and beautifully laid out. Need a workout? They have the original Clickable Calendars, multiple challenges, and the fresh workouts added by the month. They also have Sculpt Your Own, which allows you to search a specific kind of workout. Some are short, which works for those who don't have much spare time. There is a food prep and recipe section. There's also a section for motivation, including the podcast. You can download videos for later, and add to a favorites list.

  Anthem Sandoval: I love love love this apk!! If I should give it more stars I would!! The community that comes with it has kept me going through some incredibly hard times. I never realized how much my mindset and not understanding my body were keeping me from reaching my goals. This apk helped me come at it from a put of loving myself and I was able to allow go of the backwards thinking when it came to what I could eat. I'm so satisfied with my results!!!

You can download the workouts and take them with you and use it without having to worry about wireless connection for them to work. Danita is a unbelievable trainer that takes the time to who you proper form so that you don't harm your self. This apk also comes with a community of women that assist help you on your adventure to the best fresh you! So not only do you receive a good apk but also a fitness family!

  Brooke Toseland: I bought my barbell, dumbbells and booty bands in February and joined the apk and FB community. The apk has so a lot of various workouts that target various places of the body and there are modifications shown so that even if you're fresh to lifting, you can do it! The apk is so much more than just workouts though. There are mindfulness podcasts, recipes, etc. It's truly good that this is a little woman owned business and the owner, Danita, truly cares about all of the members and their success!

  Megan Peti: This apk is good! So a lot of various methods to customize your own workouts, or just follow along. Unbelievable help for journal work to assist you along your adventure. Unbelievable food plans laid out for you. I also happen to love my home gym now, with my full set of weights and bands. This apk really helps you stay on track with so a lot of useful programs. I've never stuck to a tool as long, and seen such results!

  Carolyn Louis: I love everything about booty bands!! Started with just the bands and was amazed on how sore I was! So then added the long bands!! Omg even more amazed plus I did the three months of all the workouts and definitely going to to do other three once my subscription is up!! I'm going to be adding the barbell and handweights soon!!! My booty not only looks better but I feel much stronger mind and body... THANK YOU BOOTY BANDS!!!

  la'toya Charmaine: I like the apk & the color pink. Girly girl here. But I can't seem to justify paying $25 a month for it. The workouts look like they where done in a little bedroom surrounded by items that's being low-key advertise for you to buy. She's a little woman with somewhat of an annoying whinny voice giving the same workouts u can receive for gratis. So for $25 month. Yea, no. Maybe for 25.00 a year. There's much better quality apks at a lower cost. Fit on is one of them.
