  Jason Mastbaum: My acc was locked for "trying to spoof my place" because I tried to use my computer with my work VPN on it to play, and now it's taking them an inordinate amount of time to resolve this even after I responded to their very invasive records request to receive the acc unlocked. [edit] In regard to Borgata's response, I have contacted them both before and after and their help is useless. Just wasting my time sending me in circles with endless streams of wrong and contradictory details.

  Slot Addictonz: Constant Geo place problems. Hands like pocket kings and AQ suited folded preflop because it was saying I was located outside fresh jersey meanwhile I was inside borgata casino. Apk is trash. So is customer help.

  Jonathan Mann: The place problem is absolutely absurd. Every 10 mins I'm kicked off for "not being able to verify my place". It's not coincidence everyone has the same trouble. This is costing people cash.. maybe fix the problem instead of the same silly answer to everyone to "ensure your place is enabled".

  Steven Morgen: The apk is a complete disaster. Constant geolocation problems. Inability to use competition tickets. It's good to play on a PC but you are literally flushing cash down the toilet if you play on your smartphone.

  usama rice: constantly cuts me off in the middle of hands. says I'm not in Fresh Jersey. (even while on wireless connection) Have to log out and back in to continue playing. The shame is, the hand is automatically mucked. They don't even allow you finish the hand first and then disconnect you. Only happens on mobile, works just ok on my laptop but I don't always wish to play on my laptop. FYI this happens about every 20 to 30 mins of playing on a mobile smartphone
