Andrae Alexander: Right this out for the first time yesterday I wanted to do more drills where I have to slip duck and move in-between combination on the bag to improve my boxing brain so I don't become to predictable in sparing when I go back to my boxing gym I did 10 rounds on there preset work out and it was much better than I expected and it was an good work out much better than what Im doing by myself felt like I had a pro coach with me.
