  Ben Raffi: It's super simple to use. I really like how quick it is to scroll through all the attendees of my happenings. Also scanning tickets was surprisingly quick. Really helped me managed the door much better. I really love all the programs that Uniiverse provides. Highly suggest checking their website.

  Anne Foster: I love this apk, but it is not scanning tickets. It says invalid QR code for every ticket I've tried scanning and also won't load the list of people who have purchased tickets for the chosen happening so I can check them in manually. I just receive an error notice when I test to load the list. I just did an modernize to see if that would fix the matter, but to no avail. Please fix!!

  Debi Grover: At an happening needing to check in 2500 attendees and none of the android device versions worked. Awesome thing half the group had iPhones! The iPhone ver worked good. Checked in all the guest without a trouble. Not a awesome thing for this apk though! Please work out problems with android device!

  A B: Their payment system is very faulty. I had to stop using Universe because my customers kept complaining. Ultimately, one of them was charged twice, due to the awful checkout process. Universe blaimed me for that and withheld $15 from my acc for the chargeback. Their customer service is extremely slow and worthless. They never reply questions, and always just copy and paste some written statements that create no sense. Stay away!
