Love that you can select a specific colour and name for each custom technique, making it super simple to select between them quickly. Visually, this apk is wonderfully designed, its visual effects actually HELP you focus on your breathing, so do its adjustable audio settings. Also it tracks your progress in a chart. It gives me notifications daily and I do this breathing items that really helps relieve stress and you feel less worried about items if what I'm saying makes sense. It helps hold calm.
