Tests and self-assessments to explore your inner self The concept of psychological testing helps a lot to understand certain behaviors. We offer a good dozens of tests: the Beck Anxiety Inventory Try, Beck Depression Inventory Try, Personality try, Mood Disorder Try, Try on Positive outlook, and a lot of more. Tip from a psychotherapist (in future updates) Some practical tip from an acknowledged psychotherapist — he will cover widespread subjects and problems people usually have in various places of life. Cheryl Lee: Adorable interface but should use some ok tuning. Journal notes truncated when entering into the instance should simply be improved by enabling scrolling rather than having to click in edit to see the full entry. Icons for activities should let rearranging & editing rather than just add/delete. 6.50SGD / WEEK is frankly too expensive for a tiny mood tracker.

Rashi: Really awesome for someone like who can't hold up with journals. The tracker that anaylises what activities created you feel bad/good is the best part. Though a lot of features are not gratis, the simplicity of the apk is best for me. One improvement I'd like is making the text place in mood bubbles scrollable in case of long texts

Sean Dunn: The apk itself has a solid concept. I like to use this as an simple journal/diary. It only takes 30 seconds to place an entry in and it allows me to think through my emotions in a structured, consistent method. It can be very therapeutic in that method. However, this apk is too expensive for what it delivers and a few parts of the UI are buggy, such as the section where you choose your activity. Also, there is beautiful a limited selection of icons for adding fresh activities.

My only complaints is that they should do with adding more to the apk as you can only journal once a day for a begin so it can be added so perhaps to journal 3 times a day? or Atleast twice because thats only how you feel at the time I tend to place my average mood. Should also do with more things to do such as gratitude, meditation or tiny courses to do. Enjoying the apk for the most part though:)

Simp City: Awesome at the primary functions, but why the paywall for every another feature? if you need cash to fund yourself, create it a paid apk at a low cost so people are encouraged to buy it rather than do the primary features and receive locked out of the rest. I only got to do the mood tracker and 1 try and then it locked me out of the rest of them (there are 15 total)
