  Becky R: When it works, it works well, but it gets caught on the uploading content screen and then does nothing. It hangs. It can't be cleared out. Resetting the smartphone, clearing the cache, deleting and reinstalling- nothing works. Then we have to manually upload the times into service channel because when the guys call into the assist number and are told their check in/out times will be logged, they aren't.

  David Magruder: Apk not seeing place prior to check in requiring field players to sort through 23 jobs give or take, to search their property. When they choose the property they have to match addresses at the website instead of choosing the closest one. This is tough for people who's education and work experience indicated that these people are capable of not much more than mowing lawns. Still having image issues, apk crashes when using camera to finish reporting section which is the intuitive option. Some apk crashes cause Android device crashes too.

  Josh H: Can't login after having used the apk for a week, have a Moto Z Force and this morning I got the "Not enough internet connection to connect" error that won't allow you login. Tried to reinstall the apk a lot of times and even tried one of my coworkers login details, same error Everytime I login... Tried to connect in my house with WiFi, tried to connect with full or over half bars of service with no luck. I know it works, it's just not working anymore as of December 22, been down for me since about a week ago. Have tried to reinstall about 50 times now so please don't suggest that if anything

  Matt Gray: Garbage apk, my pictures randomly receive deleted and I have to go back thru my work orders at least 3 times a job to receive the pictures to actually save and allow me check out. Load times are slow and if you don't have full signal bars awesome luck on it running at all. Waste of time

  A Google user: Does work very well. Gets stuck after checking out on syncing your work and doesn't finish closing the work order. Then it is un useable for your next job because it is still syncing the work from the previous job.
