  A Google user: This apk is truly brilliant, combining a useful map with detailed info on a lot of objects (often more detailed then the physical signs accompanying the exhibits). A few little problems like the fact that the apk doesn't auto rotate based on screen orientation. Also, it would be nice if similar Wikipedia articles were accessible from within the apk to flesh out the context of the objects. All in all this apk is definitely worth downloading before a visit to the British Museum

  Rodney Taylor: Lovely idea. Some grammatical errors, eg: "the museum was found in 1759", actually, it was founded in 1759; the two words create an enormous difference to the meaning and understanding of when it was established, ie, FOUNDED. Also, were the Anglo-Saxons descendants of the Vikings? I think not. If you can navigate around primary errors like these, then it is a very useful apk. I purchased the make batter via Amazon, so won't be doing so through Google. Unless you have a method around that.

  A Google user: I love this museum but its sheer size means finding where specific artefacts are housed difficult despite the ever helpful attendants. This apk goes a long method to solving this with clear mapping, inclusion of another necessary stuff in different places and clear, concise info on featured artefacts. Five stars if the find engine can be extended generically, so an interest in, say Medieval coins or the politically sensitive Elgin marbles can be located.

  Kari Christensen: This reminds me of awesome memories visiting the British museum. It is a spectacular put. However in the apk the photos are disappointly little. It would be good if it were immersive and had bigger photos like the Websites in 3d apk. I would be satisfied to pay for a real virtual museum tour.

  Stephen Smith: The most annoying thing about this apk is that it isn't a "Lite" ver with an "option to make batter" - it's a time-limited trial ver that stops working after a few mins use, unless you pay £2.99. Why not just be honest and up-front about what you're offering? As for the apk itself, it's not awful and is a useful companion when visiting the museum. "Unbelievable virtual experience" is perhaps over-egging it, as there are just static pictures and text linked to territories indicated on the floor maps. It is quite nice for planning your visit and navigating around the (really big) museum, though. Aesthetically the apk seems to have been designed for iPhones, and is fairly ugly on larger-screen Android device phones/phablets - the text doesn't resize or reflow and is heavy on a Note, and it has its own rather idiosyncratic interface rather than follow normal Android device design principles. Modernize: The developer has now changed the item description to remove the "Lite" reference and accurately reflect the trial nature of the apk and the paid-for make batter, so thanks for that. I've updated my rating for the apk accordingly.

  Sharon I: Was satisfied to pay for an apk that would give me more details on the museum. However, I found it very confusing and difficult to use. When the museum is busy, which is most of time, there isn't the place to go wandering around trying to search an object that you have no clue to its place in the numbered room. Having the case number on the item picture would create the apk actually useable and worth the cash. As it was, I spent an hour trying to locate all the stuff in the trail then left in frustration!
