  Char Paxton: I am so upset! Signed up for a gratis trial on a Sunday. Come Monday, the apk wouldn't begin. Tried uninstalling then reinstalling the apk. It finally opened the apk. But when I tried to log back in, it kept saying "Log In" with the spinning circle. Its been about 1 hour since I have started to test logging in. Gonna cancel my gratis trial before I have to pay. This is not worth it. And I am so disappointed because I really would've paid to see all these musicals! But a crappy apk is not worth it 😒 UPDATE: I opened a various app,then opened Broadway HD and it logged me in within seconds! So satisfied! Will definitely hold the subscription provided this doesn't happen every time...

  larry loebig: The selection of shows is awesome. However I can only seem to create this work on my desktop computer or smartphone - the casting tool does not work with the apk. Wish to receive this on my television. Just signed up and finding the chrome cast works for a short time then it starts to hesitate and receive out of synch. have the recent tool for sending and receiving. seems like it would have been a better idea to purchase thru amazon channel. Is there an apk that will work on the fire stick besides purchasing thru the amazon channel? Can I transfer my direct subscription to amazon? Don't wish to pay for two subscriptions. Is there a samsung television apk?

  Kyle Januszewski: Buffering I've got excellent signal on my data...it won't stop buffering every 10 seconds....okay, switch to WiFi...it won't stop buffering. Please fix this, it could not do that. Also, I don't like that when I exit the apk it doesn't save where I was while watching a video. I had to begin it over and quick forward...my recommendation would be to create that more convenient too if possible. $15 a month is a lot to pay for a product that's not working.

  Samantha Rodgers: Wow... The option to cast is good but SOOOO MANY PROBLEMS!!! Everytime I cast there is a HUGE lag time. And is ALWAYS on mute and with subtitles with NO option to turn them off or unmute. I was really hoping to watch this on the large screen with awesome speakers rather than on my computer with crappy speakers or on my little smartphone screen. Please fix these problems ASAP

  Leslie Shaip: So disappointed. I have been looking forward to using this service. Casting through browser is a bit primitive, so I tried using the apk. I have never had any casting problems with another apks (I have a Chromecast ultra and solid internet speeds), but this apk buffered CONSTANTLY and plays were unwatchable. Not having Chromecast functionality built in better in the apk or browser will sadly affect my future with this service.

  taylor munson: Want I should give this 0. I had it for two months and was never able to watch anything! It froze or just wouldn't load anything. I emailed back and forth with customer service and nothing was resolved. They said they were going to give me a gratis month credit but then charged me instead. I've asked for a refund but they've stopped replying to emails about 2 weeks ago. UPDATE: If you pay for this through the play shop they are unable to give you a refund.

  Owen Myers: If I should give this apk ZERO STARS, I would! The awful reviews are warranted, and their official response is the same every time, yet NOTHING appears to have changed. The apk does NOT stream with Chromecast, nor will the desktop website mirror correctly, nor can you even view in fill screen on a PC. It is 2019, so it is just insulting that they have such a truly garbage interface. Cancelled!
