  Dianne Hackborn: The apk generally works well, but I moved over to a fresh smartphone and it didn't copy over any of my labels. Come on! You need to do basically nothing to let this, and do you really value my content as tiny of this to create it impossible for me to hold it? Please have this very primary functionality everyone could be able to expect.

  Kyra Hwang: It simply dose not work. I spent 144$ on this printer, and the printer seems ok but the apk continuusly tells me it needs acess to my place when #1 it dosen't because they're connected to the same wireless connection and #2 it has permisson. Awful would not recomend I'm going to go cry now.

  Julien FitzGerald: I have been sat for the latest 6 hours trying to receive my Brand Fresh Brother VC-500W to work with my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. The printer finally connects, but when I go to print something it say "no media in printer" when there physically is! In the paperwork, that came with the printer, it says to download v1 of this tool. It would seem that whatever you have changed, in v2, has broken the apk and has now cost me a significant amount of cash in paper cartridges!
