  Geena Torti: Love this apk. Been hoping Beth would place out an apk after following her site forever. Her recipes are easy and cheap and I SO appreciate that her ethnic recipes are beautiful accurate in technique and flavor. The apk has a good format- you can follow along in true time or just view the text ver. I found that watching the video helped correct some of my cooking ways and got my cooking time down to what the recipe recommended, which is always nice. The most common complaint is that there aren't a ton of recipes on the apk. It was just released, so they haven't all been added in the fresh format (video of Beth cooking and voice overs take time), but, more and more are added every day.

  Eric Isbrucker: Why did I install this apk on a day I need to quick for a medical procedure? Oh, the humanity! I love the collections as a method to search recipes I would have otherwise missed. The feature to email recipe ingredients (to myself) is useful, though a clipboard or proper list apk would create the apk even better-er.

  Lauren Smith: Awesome meal with a awesome apk! Good interface, find function, and methods to save the recipes you like. The font is very simple to read while cooking and the recipes are updated/added to weekly. If I have any complaints, it'd be that the apk can infrequently freeze during use. Highly suggested!

Seems to be a decent amount of recipes and love that I can find by main ingredients to search dishes based around something that I wish. Still don't like all the permissions, but does create sense Original: Permissions Overreach - why camera and microphone ? Too a lot of permissions for a recipe apk. Please correct or explain and I'll re-rate.

  Sean Campbell: Good apk! I've followed Deb for years now and her recipes are good, and this apk does a nice job of collecting them and making it simple to access and modify them. There are a few hiccups, requiring internet access isn't good and there's no method to filter by date so it's hard to see when and which fresh recipes are added. Besides that, though, it's a very nice apk.

  Brandy Pope: This actually looks really cool and simple to navigate. I like that I can make my own cookbooks from some of my favorite recipes that I've already tried and I made a wishlist cookbook for recipes I would like to test! I like that feature a lot. I hope that there will be more recipes added moving forward. I follow Budget Bytes and I don't think these are 1/10 of the recipes that that comes up with. So far though I really like where this is going. I purchase Beth cookbook for a coworker and she loves it. I really was hoping an apk would be soon to come so I am elated!

  Justin Volzer: Beautiful nice apk. For a paid apk I'd expect it to run a tiny smoother. Scrolling can be weird at times. Maybe some animations to create it feel more true. Also some more layers and shadows would be nice, from Google's material design rules. The rules were followed beautiful well but should use some work. Can't wait for the shopping list modernize!

  Sylvie Lachapelle: Can wait for more recipes to be added. I've been following Beth for quite some time and this apk was the logical method to go for her. Empty nest syndrome is near so I love the fact that i can adjust portions. Looking forward to the development of this apk which it's price didn't deter me from purchasing, with all the time research and effort that Beth as place into her site and all she offers, it's worth every penny. And to those who are not familiar with cooking, she will walk you through it. I'm really excited for my one of my favorite blogger to expand her horizon. Have fun!

  Marc Peters: The apk is setup really well, and the interface is well thought out for use in a kitchen. The micro transactions are type of a shame. They're beautiful expensive in my opinion, and even worse - done with a point system which is supposed to disguise how much you're spending. The cheapest pack you can receive is $4.99 which gets you 100 points, or about ten recipes. Packages go all the method up to $100 even though there doesn't even appear to be that a lot of recipes accessible to purchase. Seems a tiny dishonest to offer a pack you can't even complete, maybe they're counting on people buying recipes multiple times. You do earn gratis points, 30 when you sign up and then 1 point every day you login. Better be patient if you plan to accumulate $100 worth of points. All that said, the apk comes with 500 recipes and the selection is beautiful awesome. The packages being sold are accessible for gratis on their site, which is perfect. This just puts them together in a platform that is more kitchen friendly. I'd like to help the site with these transactions but they're too expensive. $20 gets you about 60 recipes, where as if I receive a physical cookbook from Amazon for around the same price it typically has over 100 recipes. Not a awesome value when your target audience is budget minded.

  Dru: I love the apk but the addition of adding these unlocks is a true downer. Will still use for the recipes I have already saved. I do however do not see myself trying to receive enough points to unblock a recipe when I should just Google a variation or something else all together.

  Melinda Roberts: I love Beth and her recipes! I've been a budget bytes fanatic since I was 17. While I thought $2.99 is a BIT steep for a recipe apk (compared to competitors who are gratis like Tasty), I purchased it to help her. What annoys me the most about apks is when the company releases before it's finished. You are saying I paying $3 for an apk with 40 usable recipes? Why not use the site on my smartphone? I refunded the payment, but for all others, I would wait until at recipes are either on or they add value to this apk over the site.

However, I'm not quite satisfied with the fresh feature of paying more if I wish more recipes, and the process for earning them through logging in is ridiculously slow. I still love the site and the recipes, but I'm disappointed in the direction the apk is going.

  Alana Wolfgang-Duran: While the apk itself works well and has a awesome player interface, so a lot of of my favorite recipes from the website are inaccessible (such as Cuban Stew). The find by ingredient feature is lacking, showing only very generalized ingredients (for example, bacon and chorizo are both possibly under pork). Not worth three bucks for me when the website is gratis and complete, and my smartphone has a timer. However, this may be a awesome investment for beginner cooks as the instructions come with demonstration videos.

  Debra Lee: This is not a gratis apk. I think its completely justified to pay to install the apk. It has a nice interface, nice step by step cooking instructions/videos, and no advertisements. Makes it convenient to cook with your smartphone next to you. But now the apk has updated, forcing us to purchase credits in order to unblock recipes to look at. This is absolutely ridiculous. At this point, why wouldn't I just look up the recipe online? I do not wish to pay to look at a recipe I'm not sure if I'm even going to create. This apk is now useless.

  I was kinda already annoyed that I have to pay for the apk, but I place up with it since I was supporting the website, but now I have to pay for the apk and then pay for the credits to receive more recipes? What? Granted, we can earn them for gratis by logging in every day, etc. But I've already paid for this apk, why am I asked to pay more for credits? It defeats the "budget" part of everything.
