About the application:

BullyAlert is an apk (TOTALLY FREE OF COST AND ADVERTISEMENT OF ANY KIND, ONLY FOR PUBLIC INSTAGRAM PROFILES RIGHT NOW!) for parents, guardians and well wishers to monitor their children' online social networks and receive notified when a potential cyberbullying instance takes put. The apk currently supports only public ig social network profiles. It lets the players to register and then add the social network profiles using the "Add Fresh Profile" option. The players will have to use the exact player name to find the player profile. The apk will then begin monitoring the profiles added and send notifications whenever a potential cyberbullying instance takes place. The player will have the option to either swipe on an individual notification to delete it or click on it to see the info. The info will present the list of comments and the commenters' name. The player will also have the option to give the apk feedbacks about how right or wrong the notification is. The feedback will assist the apk to be more personalized according to the players individual tolenrance level of bullying. If the feedback step is skipped, the apk will hold using the resident classifier by default that might be personalized according to the individual players' choice. We are currently only supporting public ig social network profile monitoring. In future, we will contain another social networks as well. This is part of a research project from University of Colorado Boulder. We have been working on Cyberbullying for the past four years and have published a few papers in top tier symposiums.
