  Eman Abdulrahman: اسوأ تطبيق على الاطلاق لا يوجد فيه طريقة للتواصل ولا رقم طلبت مرتين المرة الاولى الاكل وصل بارد جددا ومحترق . والمرة الثانية كررت الطلب بالغلط وما لقيت طريقة للتواصل ولا لتعديل الطلب ولا الحذف ، اضطريت اني ابحث عن رقم للتواصل لالغاء التكرار ، كان الطلب المفروض يستغرق ٤٥ دقيقة ولكن بعد مرور ساعة تواصل المندوب لتوصيل الطلب ومرت اقل من ساعة على ارسال الموقع للمندوب ولم يصل الطلب .وبعد للتواصل عن طريق الهاتف لم يتم الاهتمام بحجة ان الدعم يبدأ دوامهم الساعة العاشرة صباحا .
