  Rob Arnold: First thing to hold me legitimately motivated! Thanks, Creative Freaks! I look forward to purchasing all of your further apks. There's something about this that makes it various from a work out video. It feels more private and the disappointment shown by heroes when you slow down feels like a better motivator than being pushed and told that you can do it if you test. I've yet to complete it, but ignoring the spoilers, it's a nice, relatively balanced everyday fast workout.

And for the people doubting the difficulty of 200 curl-ups in 5 mins: If you're doing them correctly, that is a tall order to undertake. I'm still making my method through the training, but as long as you are watching yourself to hold proper form, I can say this benefits your health along with giving you a fun VN to read. I hope the developers consider releasing more expansions!

  A Google User: Good Please create more apks with English voices. I enjoyed it very much. (Who voiced it anyway? where's the credits???) It can use some improvements but I'm personally happy with the method it is now. I don't really need it to assist me do workouts since I've been doing it long before buying this apk. Still, I had good fun playing with it while exercising.
