The Cisco Business Class Email (BCE) application helps encrypt your email and provides enhanced safety features. To use the BCE application to begin a safe email that you received in the Android device email application, touch and keep the attached securedoc.html file, then choose “Begin in Cisco BCE.” NOTE: To send an encrypted email, the Cisco BCE application requires access to the Cisco Registered Envelope Service or Cisco IronPort Encryption Appliance. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cisco BCE provides enhanced email safety features such as read receipts, email recall, email expiration, and forward/reply control. Additionally, BCE removes the complexity of encryption and key management, so players can send and keep highly safe messages directly from their mobile devices. The basic benefits of the Cisco BCE application are: • Confidentiality: BCE encrypts email to protect its confidentiality during transit. • Encrypted email control: You have complete control over the emails you send, even after they are sent. The capabilities are: • Read receipt: Sends a read receipt when the recipient opens an email. • Email locking (enhanced recall): Gives you the ability to lock the decryption key, disabling decryption for that email. • Email expiration: Sets an expiration date for the email. • Forward/reply control: Allows or prevents the recipient to forward, answer, or answer all. To maintain the safety of your replies, you cannot change the list of recipients. If you are an end player and have any concerns, please contact your organization’s help department. If you are a system administrator having difficulty configuring or using the application, please contact your designated Cisco help point of contact. What’s Fresh • Selection of the recipient’s language: You can now choose the recipient’s language for Registered Envelopes. This fresh option enables the application to determine which language is used for the notice body, according to the locale set for recipients.

A Google User: Significant improvement If you are a recipient or player of Cisco Registered Envelopes, this apk makes reading, writing, and managing safe email significantly easier. It not, this apk will not create sense. This fresh ver is significantly is long over due but worth the wait. In addition to native smartphone help, I can manage all messages, regardless whether it was sent from my device or not.

Andre Moreno: CRES Help Clueless There is a reason this apk only has 1000+ downloads. This apk has a licensing configuration of Decrypt Only out of the box, which means CRES players can only READ safe email within the apk, if they want to send, forward, or answer they must use their mobile web browser. YUCK! CRES admins at Cisco aren't even aware that their IronPort appliances help encrypted send from Android device for public accounts, they refused to even acknowledge it can be set up; they wish you to buy an appliance.
