  Samir Shah: Apk works as it's supposed to with my smartphone. Fairly reliable. The hardware at the entrance is sometimes hard to use for non-tech savvy people like grandparents, in which case, it would be nice to be able to unblock the door from the apk without someone actually ringing you.

  David Y: At first, I didn't like this system. After speaking with their customer help the person who I spoke with was VERY calm and PROFESSIONAL. he explained about the features (beautiful cool). I give this apk 5 stars for customer service and 3 stars just because if the internet goes down No intercom. I had them connect it to my landline (No more Video call) but I receive an email from ButterflyMX with the photo of the person who called.

  Mary V.: It works sometimes.. Would be much better if you should go to the apk and press a button to begin the door without having someone ring you first (for non-tech-savvy visitors). Rings late and has left my guests waiting at the door.. Not horrible but needs improvement.

  Okan Olgac: Overall design on apk is OK. For some reason, the only method you can actually begin the door is if someone calls you from the terminal outside the building. Why isn't there just an "Begin Door" button as soon as you enter the apk? Half the visitors I've had don't search the terminal interface intuitive, so they call me the regular method and I end up going downstairs to begin the door. Also, there is too long of a lag time between calling from the terminal and the apk notifying you that someone is there.

  Diana Troche: Good idea, not good at working No matter how a lot of times some one buzzed in (I should have the smartphone in my hand) by the time the apk opened the call dropped. I never once was able to buzz begin the door with my smartphone while my apartment used this apk.

  Paweł Psztyć: It's often disconnected. Today I've missed a courier because the apk didn't send a notification. Why another apks can stay connected but not this one? I have to report this to building management so maybe they'll search more suitable solution than this.

  Steven Briggs: I want there was an alternative apk that was compatible with the building's system. This apk is just too unreliable. It will present online and connected, then I will test to call from the building's door and it will just sit there and never receive the call. Rings forever and never sends it to the apk.

  Useless, it's just an extra method for the landlord to send you automated annoying reminders that your rent is due, even if you've already paid. So I got 2 emails and a text all saying the same thing

  1 out of 10 times does this thing actually work! Every another time I receive a call but it does no awesome as I can't allow them in. I end up having to go down 5 floors to allow my guests in- if this thing worked liked designed I'd love it, but it hardly does. I'm trying to talk management out of continuing to use it- time for something that actually works!

  Ebba Webba: Not that good It's always disconnected. I have to create sure it's running in the background to create sure it is connected. I can only allow people in if they give me a heads up that they're on their method so I have the apk begin. What's the point??!

  It never works The app's idea is brilliant, but it never works. Can't keep calls or begin the door for my guests through the apk. Every time I have to go downstairs myself to begin the door.

  Half the time the apk shuts itself down. The intercom board doesn't work according to its instructions. Help documents don't address the bugs. Had to figure out a workaround just to register. Disaster, the whole thing. My guests can just call me without any of this added hassle.
