  Aaronisha Daniels: Have had the apk for 6 months at first, it worked good. I should upload my documents, check my balance, even receive updates on appointments! Two weeks ago i began to receive an error when trying to log in that says " unable to process request please test once more later" i enter my password the same error comes up. I uninstall than reinstall, and still the same notice. So i click forgot my password, and the same notice keeps popping up. It was a good apk up until two weeks ago, fix the kinks create it better because this is frustrating.

  I haven't been able to use this apk since I downloaded it. It has just been trying to load for a while after I begin it. I've tried it a few times and waited for mins each time, and have not been able to receive to the point if signing in yet. I hope to be able to use it soon before I uninstall it.

  Farrah Fowler: Used to work good, hasn't worked in over a month. You hold saying as of 2/27/18 it's fixed and functional, but I don't think that means what you think it means. Obviously it's still broken since people hold saying they're getting an error when trying to log in.
