CADA/CASL The California Association of Directors of Activities (CADA) is the biggest statewide help network for middle and high school activities directors in the nation. Our mission: promote and help leadership development through student activities. The mission of the California Association of Student Leaders (CASL) as a student led, not-for-profit organization is to provide a statewide network, which facilitates the development of ethical, responsible, and servant leaders. CASL’s initiative is to equip and empower students to be effective future leaders of the globe through local, regional, and statewide conferences. The CADA/CASL organization hosts multiple leadership happenings in California each year, including the CADA Convention (for school advisors, administrators and help staff), the CASL State Symposium (for student leaders), Summer Camp tool on the campus of U.C. Santa Barbara, Place Advisor Symposiums and Place Student Symposiums.
