  Good apk with all the features you need if you don't wish to carry around an actual physical viewfinder. The help is also stellar, had a question and got a answer almost immediately when I contacted them!

  cinema8564: Clean, capable and so helpful to always have at hand. Best I know of, including more expensive Phone viewfinders. Especially like the ability to choose specific focal lengths for display and present them together as an overlay. Good feature. Recommendation: add the capability to capture ands save that same overlay view to a snapshot for future reference so later one can quickly see their relative fields of view in a single photo. Even when shooting run and gun I can quickly frame up shots using exactly the camera /lens settings I wish and send to camera squad with all details and GPS data.   Charlie O.: I shoot sports and action for high school and college level athletes and another action happenings. Not only does Cadrage let me to frame and preview my shots in advance, but I have since been able to mount my smartphone over my camera as a sort of larger screened, floating view screen. Now, whether I video record or shoot stills, I'm getting a dozens of extra benefits. The basic is the ability to calibrate the apk to emulate my camera's aspect ratio and lens kind (even my zoom lens) on the screen. Now when I shoot a series of quick shots, the phone's screen shows me all the data without the repetitive blanking out that I receive from the camera's view screen and view searcher. Since the methods my modern camera can shoot are in selectable, programmable modes, I dont really need to see my camera's data unless I'm changing the settings. Cadrage allows me to focus on the action (and more of it, since my smartphone shows the whole, zoomed out photo with the marked levels of accessible zoom, taken from my lens's exterior markings, which Cadrage allowed me to customize!) and operate my equipment while looking at an UNINTERRUPTED view of everything!

  Pedro Paiva: Stopped working after modernize Modernize: now it's working ok once more. ------ After modernize it says the apk is not registered and that I have to connect to the Internet to register it but Im already connected. I even tried uninstalling and installing once more and same problem. Please fix this ASAP as I paid for this apk and I use it for work!

  Malcolm Matusky: Extremely useful! On the latest movie I shot, I had the director and myself use this apk, I did not have to use my camera during prep, nor did I have to hand it to him just so he should "see the shot" he should do it with his smartphone and take a image for reference with the correct aspect ratio and focal length. I was good for me as I don't like handing a $10k camera an lens to someone who is just going to wave it around on set to see what things look like. I am thinking of getting a wide angle supplementary lens for my smartphone to extend the range of focal lengths, but the "stock" lens is quite awesome for super 35. MJM

  Guillermo Briceno: This apk does what it was meant to do well, but the price is a tiny bit over the top. You would think that for 11 dollars the developers would modernize the UI from what looks like Android device Gingerbread, and place some effort into material design. A round apk icon would also be nice, hold up with the fresh Pixel Launcher rules!

Old review: It crashed more than 4 times on my Nexus 4 with android device kitkat in a span of 30 minutes. Like the interface but pls fix this bug. It's embarrassing when this happens in front of your squad. Better ratings when it works without problems.
