  Michael Trinh: Works most of the time Depending on the size of your smartphone screen, the scanner tends to have problems reading the qr code off of larger screen phones that are 5in or more. What a cashier told me to do was keep my smartphone sideways and the scanner was able to scan the code in fewer attempts.

  ReiRei Rena: I don't like that I can't input my actual latest name. Mostly because it won't allow me use heroes like ñ, or ú. These things are part of my actual name, and being told that my name is invalid is upsetting and disgusting. Also THE APP NAME HAS AN ACCENT IN IT. WHY?!

  Ben Garner: Did they even try this before implementing it? I was very exited when this was announced at IHCC but my excitement quickly turned into frustration. The scanners take on average 4 attempts to work and seem to rely on precise timing in the push of a button. Often they do not work at all and I have to use a various payment way where I don't receive the rewards points. The cashiers seem to have received tiny or no training and it takes about 3 times as long to pay, often resulting in lengthy queues. I will not be using this until these problems are fixed.

  brian haverfield: Charged me double after a "billing period" I paid up front, and it showed up in my banking acc. Then, the past month's transactions disappeared, and I was charged for the monthly billing period. The cash I paid before wasn't entered back into my acc, so I was charged double.
