  Eric: Been using this courier to ship parcel from Taobao a lot of years without much trouble but this past 2 years the parcel boxes mostly were squashed even shipped via air. Recently bought a really big lamp fanatic coupled with some little parcels, when packed together in China the lamp fanatic was packed outside down and when received the lamp cover was dented . When parcels are somehow damaged they asked u to search sellers and forver not their fault. Nowadays those expenses stuff I use Ezbuy to ship without any dent
