  manish shukla: Its good app..but due to reasons unknown it hold crashing when I begin Active Stretching part. Rest no problems with another exercises but the apk crashed everytime I begin Active Stretching. Pls fix it. I use One Plus smartphone , android device 10 incase this details helps. Thanks for fixing the crash problem. 5 🌟 star 😊. Thanks for creating this apk.

  Pedro Raposo: Easy, without all the muscular machismo items from all the another calisthenics apks. Built in videos shows how to do exercises in a easy method. I like it. 4 stars for now, will revise after testing it for longer. Hope it gets more updates, adding some scheduling recommendations for beginners.

  Daniel Madsen: Good idea I really like the progression for body weight training, as well as the descriptions for the exercises. Entering a work out manually is clunky at best and an exercise in frustration generally. There are 2 main problems; 1. The only method to increase or decrease the number on a set is up or down arrows, throw in a keypad. 2. I have to enter most sets 3 or 4 times before they register in the log. My opinion is, it is a good idea, but not player friendly. Fix those 2 problems and you've got it.

  Diogo Pereira: Awesome, integrated instructions and progression. However, when the screen shuts off, it does not hold counting the exercises. Either hold screen awake, or allow ir work um the background. Bugs and wont allow you add exercises to routines (but when it works, it's awesome). Improvement required on these problems.

  Dima Laktionov: I really like the Auto Progress function, it's mini game changing. But the creator of routines coud have more functions, for example: add cycles of the routine, change the order of exercises, edit the name of the routine, edit the amount of reps. I would be really greatful if you added some of these functions.

I want I should receive my cash back for the useless make batter, but I decided to test the apk out one day too late and missed my possibility for a refund. How are people honestly rating this apk 4 & 5 stars? First off, why do the makers of this apk think a single pushup takes 5 seconds? Half the exercise videos don't work. If your smartphone sleeps, any timers or set trackers restart. You can't shuffle around your exercises. Or create later adjustments to rep ranges. This apk sucks!

  Grace: Overall this apk is good! They have all the calisthenics exercises you should need and contain a method to schedule and make routines. I just want I should click on the scheduled workout to bring up that routine with the routines workout info without having to go back to find for each individual exercise. It makes it very frustrating and prevents me from WANTING to use the apk.

  Alvan Karpas: Very thorough with the program's exercises and real to the precepts of Convict Conditioning's training methodologies of time under tension and straight sets and reps. I would give it a five but I'm having some problem with the editing interface and editing existing workout routines, rep counts, and some of the workout routine controls. But I'm still fresh to it. Nevertheless, if you understand Convict Conditioning and wish an apk that allows you to follow workouts in Vol's I & II, I have seen enough to say receive it and it is worth the coin.
