  Maxwell Edgar: This apk is far better than the previous ver with choices between awesome beer tutorial and what pub searches. Has perfect links to Citymapper, Google maps and Back Country Navigator for getting to the pub. Can find for pubs with certain attributes e.g dog friendly. Worth switching to and exploring.

  It's OK but a bit slow to use if you are looking for somewhere another than your immediate place. Finding records of where you have been is clunky. I use it regularly but it should be so much better.

  V 1.2.10 Previous problems appear to have been fixed; apk now picks up your place automatically as soon as you begin it, can also do place searches (it is not immediately obvious how to do this, but a bit of fiddling and you could be right). Moto G5, Android device 7.0.

  ambertilly111: Works very well on my HUAWEI smartphone. A good addition to my Beer/Pub Apks. I use it together with the True Ale Pubs Map (Pubs Galore) Apk. [Android device only]. I am sorry for those who have not got it working so well and hope it improves for them. It sometimes takes 3 to 4 weeks to modernize a correction that I had instantly updated on What Pub, but Camra has promised to improve these times.

Some recommendations for improvement firstly the ability to list more than one beer and the ability to add a beer thats not on Camrs's database when saving a pub visit finaly why not place a tick by the pubs you have visited when listing them?

  Andrew Whitney: The database is not downloaded to my smartphone and I can't use this apk offline. Please create the database accessible on the apk offline. This is very necessary that you do so for the future of this apk and service. We are the customers and we pay cash so we receive what we supposed to be given. I thought the fresh apk will be better than the old one.

  Simon Carter: This apk works effectively now but I preferred the old one. Bit hard to search your method around for a begin as some aspects aren't as intuitive as they might be. Searching a bit strange - I had to raise a fault to receive it explained to me... so I should understand how it operates. Inclusion of Whatpub data useful as some non-CAMRA pubs which are pretenders for listing or take differing approaches such as using craft keg beers might not feature otherwise. I know some people don't like that but I search it quite useful. Love to have the ability to add beers which are not listed, even on a private basis. That contains foreign beers tried.

  Simon Green: Making progress but still plenty to do. Why can't I edit/delete my posts? Also I can only list one beer for each post/pub. Why can't I list all the beers I test in each pub? However, I disagree with those who say the apk could only contain GBG pubs. There are plenty of territories where the nearest GBG is further away than I've got time or the inclination to travel to. The non-GBG pubs are helpful, particularly with the true ale filter chosen and it's all on one apk so saves having to go to the WP? site. You can use the filter to only contain GBG pubs if you wish. These filters could be saved as part of your profile. At the moment it seems that all filters are empty every time the apk is started.
